Hi JoyBee,
I presume you were trying to remove power cable and battery and hold the power button for a few seconds, right? If the battery cannot be removed, this method may not serve you. I suggest you to keep the PC charging for some time and then try to boot again. If the same issue appears, you may need to seek assistance from a technician. It looks like there is a power related issue. Call the manufacturer’s support. There may be some model specific troubleshooting steps.
