It's not clear what you want to do.
Do you have two different spreadsheets, one with physical stock and another with system stock?
Explain how you normally do this every month.

We have a different material code for each material. This was download data from 2 different system. I need to compare both system QTY. We can not download the the material number serially. So it will be hard to compare 1 by 1. If by the formula we can compare it will be great.

You did not say how you want to make this comparison.
This can be done in several ways.
I set a little example for you.

Sheet1 -> SAP System
Sheet2 -> LCS System
Depending on your image, the numbers were imported as TEXT.
So I set the example just like yours.
Sheet1 ->
Get the material code and search on Sheet2.
If it does not find the code it displays the message:"#ID Not Found"
If you find the material code, then compare the quantity.
If they are the same, the message:"--- ok ---"
If they are not, the quantity found in the LCS System
In Sheet2 the same system was made in relation to Sheet1.
Check if this is what you want.
