CPU makes beeping sound.....PC is on....but no display.

Hello,
Sir.....my CPU makes 5short beeping sounds......everything works perfectly...... But.....I am not getting any display...... This problem has happened with me before......I clean the ram and insert the ram.....which generally works.....but this time.....it isn't working.......plz help me.......

Hi NeutRoN,
In fact, the beeping codes may indicate different problem depending on the motherboard manufacturer. Please check your motherboard’s manual for some more details about that. Usually 5 short beeps may indicate a processor problem or a CMOS battery issue. I would start by replacing the CMOS battery. Check if there will be any change. In general, RAM replacing and cleaning was a good idea, but RAM failure is usually represented by 3 short beeps.
