Hi Freak,
There may be a booting issue with your PC. I strongly recommend you to try pressing Start and typing msconfig in the search line. Choose General Tab, Selective Startup. Click to clear the Load Startup Items check box. From the Services tab, select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box and then Disable All.
Click OK and restart the PC when requested.
Please check if Windows will load normally. Usually a program may cause these problems and it is highly recommended to revise the last installed software. If you cannot find the cause of the problem and the issue persists, you may need to reinstall the OS.
