I am unable to open my g - mail on my I-pad and Apple advise speaking with you. However when I call the automated message asks for an account no. which I do not have. I also do not have (or do not remember) a password for the account. I have the e-mail address correct and also the registered telephone no. for the account, to which you are trying to send a text message with a 6 digit code to enable me to unlock the account. However that 'phone no. is for my land line, which does not accept text messages. Please help!
