My pc is affected by the osiris virus, all my personal files have the .osiris extention
Example: G61MYQ0E--Z8K6--4JA6--0B2ED03D--CE8347BEFFB9.osiris

Searching the Internet I can only find EnigmaSoftware who claims their software SpyHunter can scan/detect this ransomware, to remove this ransomware one must purchase the software.

Now I find here that SpyHunter is a fake.

Is there any application available that can remove this ransomware or must I format my HDD and start over?

Hello

Usually Malwarebyte which is free will remove the virus but it will not decrypt your files.

Thank you for responding.

I have already removed the virus and need to know if there is a way to decrypt my files.

Thank You

How did you remove the virus? Was it through the Enigma software?

I have not found any, perhaps you can find previous versions using https://www.shadowexplorer.com/downloads.html

Or this free Recuva:

Good luck
