I forgot my facebook password

The last time logged into my yahoo.com.au emal and facenook account was in 2012. Since then I have forgotten my email password and my facebook password. I did not leave neither my phone number nor any security questions. My email is still active. I tried to recover the facebook password but they send a code to my email.

If I go to yahoo Australia office in Sydney and show them my passport would they let me take control of my email address. I also willing to pay a fee.
