Gmail mobile number has been changed

Hello, Team,


I have kept my cell on the desk of office so some one has changed my number & password on 16 jan 2017 from gmail and facebook My name kept is Chirag Sharma Instagram Chirag core plz help me with the same my registered mobile number was removed by moderator and now the number which is registered is removed by moderator plz help me with my mail id i have all the contacts photo my whole memories are in this and i have asked that guy to give me the password he is totally denying .

Please team if you can help me then it would be a big helpful for me
