Hello Ammadk,
The three beeps, depending on the type of the BIOS that your PC has, indicate either a CPU failure or a motherboard failure. Do you remember changing anything on your computer recently? I mean, have you overclocked your PC or added new hardware? If so, please share more information about that.
My advice is to bring the computer to a PC repair company to test all of the components.
