My PC wont start

My PC won't display anything when powered on. I did all the troublshooting steps in the http://ccm.net/forum/affich-27227-computer-powers-on-but-does-not-boot but nothing happened. I did the following steps.

My mobo and cpu r working fine. It beeped when I removed the ram and the cpu heats up.
I got a new ram incase the old one was faulty.
I even put the display on the onboard card and removed the card but still no display. Not even bios.
It should beep at least once if all the hardware is fine but no beep.


Please help...

PULL out all RAM, and disconnect the HDD. Does it beep? If not, the MB is bad!

It does beep when I pull out the ram and hdd

There's another symptom now keyboard and mouse don't have power. They blink once and goes away. And there's no beeping when HDD only is removed. Please help...

Does the HHD prompt an error saying NO operating system found?

To prompt an error the display should work...

yes....it should be White lettering on a lack screen that says: "No operating System Found.....Press any key to reboot"

IF you are not getting any error on boot without an HDD, then the MB is fried.
