To retreieve my gmail

I cannot access my gmail account please help me and that i am in Samoa and my mobile number in Fiji is not working in Samoa, the problem here is that when u sent me a code to activate my messenger in facebook, it is being sent to my Fiji number but i am not in Fiji anymore. Please configure
