Hi Arjun,
Have you tried using another monitor or a TV? If this is a hardware issue, it will appear on another monitor too. If it doesn’t, this is a monitor problem and you should seek assistance forma a technician.
When changing the video card it is highly recommended to uninstall all display drivers. Once you place the new video card, use the installation drive and install the new ones. When it is done, open the card manufacturer’s web page and search for updates.
