Hi srikanth,
I advise you to connect the card to a PC and run the Command Prompt as an Administrator. Type the following commands:
Diskpart
List Disk
Select Disk n (n must be the corresponding number of the drive)
Attributes disk clear readonly
Exit
If there was a write protection, now it should be cleared and you may be able to delete files or to format the drive. If the issue still persists, test the device on another PC. Please make sure there is no locking button on the pendrive.
