Hello there Rodolfo,
Have you tried updating the firmware of the drive? If not, check on our official website for available firmware versions and compare. Also, if you have another USB cable, you should be able to replace the existing cable, because it may have been damaged. If you have another PC to connect the external drive to, it would be great.
