# Download USB Fix click here
- Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.

- Choose "Clean" option.
- A pop-up will follow
Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...) - Once you're ready, click "OK".
- While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.
The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.

Hi Sagacious,
Are talking about internal hard drives or pendrives? There is such known issue with pendrives and in that case you should follow the steps provided from Ambucias.
If you have problems with your internal drive, you may need to update your anti virus software and do complete system check. If you have your files backed up, I would suggest you to do a clean OS installation. This way you may be able to fix all the software issues.
Hope this helps
