Hi Tatenda Mangwende,
Please open Disk Management and check if the drive has a proper file format and a drive letter. If no letter is assigned, try to assign one manually. Once all is done, the drive should appear in My Computer and should be accessible. If the issue persists, like Ambucias said, you should test the pendrive on another PC. If you have valuable data stored on the drive, do not try to format it.
Please let me know if there is any progress.
