192.168.1.1 cannot connect in browser

Hello, i cannot connect to the setting of my wifi router (TL-WR741ND). When i type inconfig /all in cmd it will show me, that default gateway is 192.168.1.1 but i cannot open this.

I have tried reset it, restart it and few other things i found on the internet but nothing help. I would realy appreciate if someone could help me.

192.168.1.1 refused to connect.

Checking the proxy and the firewall
