There is no simple and easy way! But, that would be an excel spreadsheet.
This would allow you do things like:
1 Shed = 4 walls +1 roof
1 walls = 18 2X4's
.5 roof = 12 2X4's
1 wall = 4 4X8 Plywood
.5 roof = 2 4X8 plywood
that is an example of how you would form the sheet. Now just plug in numbers and it starts counting your materials for you!
