Forgot my pass word on messenger and hotmail

Hello,
i have change a new password on my messenger and hotmail but now i forgotten.
is there any chance i can get the password back. If it can please forward to travel_q@hotmail.com.

This ki_tt_y@hotmail.com is very important to me please help!!!!!!!

you will have to answer some personal questions correctly to get it back.
