Recovery of my forgotten gmail password

And when you try to send me the g code I am not able to receive any thing ,nor do any thing simply because my phone is locked until I am able to get the gcode,can you please send it to my girlfriend's phone and once the code is entered ,how do I proceed in reestablishing my phone so it is in working order?
