Hi 122heya,
Could you please tell me what happens when you turn on the PC? Is it as if it is still shut down? I can you hear the cooling fans spinning? If the PC cannot turn on normally, most probably there is a power related issue. I would recommend you to test the PC with another power supply unit. If the PC is properly powered, you remove the RAM and no sound comes from the motherboard, there may be a motherboard issue. In that case, I would recommend you to seek assistance from a technician.
