Hi

It looks like it's damaged. I suggest you replace it.

Firstly, check if the matter is caused by driver issue. move to Device Manager. you ought to see the card reader within the list. If it's a yellow sign beside it, the matter is most likely caused by driver issue. Then you would like to update the driver. you'll move to the device manufacturer’s web site to search out and download the driver for your card reader.

Driver easy has Free version and skilled version. With skilled version, you'll have free technical support guarantee. If you would like to possess the matter fixed a lot of simply and quickly, simply click here to transfer Driver simple currently.

Secondly, check if the matter is caused because of card issue. If the sd card is broken, it won’t be recognized by laptop. you'll plug the card into another pc to see if it works. If it doesn’t work either, you'll try cleaning the card. when cleanup the card, if it still doesn’t work, the card is maybe broken, you'll got to have your card replaced.

Thirdly, check if the card reader works. If the card reader is cursed dirt, it'll lead bad contact between the card and also the card reader. attempt cleanup the card reader slot and see if this solves the matter.

Fourthly, check if the card reader is disabled in BIOS settings. At the primary screen when restart, hunt for a key to press for “BIOS” or “Settings”. Verify that the card reader has not been disabled within the BIOS settings.

Hope tips here help fix sd card isn't recognized by pc.
