I want to send emails and dont have a box

Hello,
I need help i want to send mails and i dont have a box neither do i have a cpanel os mailer and i have a lot of bad mails i need someone to please teach me on how to get maisl from canada and american,and other asian countries please help, please i need this help urgently

hi,
you can create an email address in either google, yahoo or hotmail.
then you will be able to send and recieve mail.
