Yahoo password

Hello,
I don't use a yahoo app and I put my password in when I got my phone. Well last week or the week before it asked me for my password. I didn't know I tried to recover it but the phone number that came up didn't work as I haven't had that number for years. It did not prompt me for security questions. I am getting frustrated as there is not solution or number to be able to call to fix this.

We are CCM, we have no business or connections with Yahoo

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
