That is because that when you created your account , you have used your fulll real name, hence your account will remain disabled for good.

theyy are telling me that I am pretended to be someone else. that is actually wrong
so that I give proves to them but they are telling me you logged in from a different channel please log into your account and follow on the screen.
I logged into my account but they wont responded.
