Did you ever failed when burning a CD or DVD?? this may be the cause of this
The last time that i tried to burn a CD it did not burn it. What can I do to fix this problem?

Have you tried downloading InfraRecorderPortable cd/dvd burner yet?
Here's the link:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/InfraRecorder%20Portable/InfraRecorder%20Portable%200.50%20Rev%202/InfraRecorderPortable_0.50_Rev_2.paf.exe/download
It's only 11MB to install and you don't need administrator access to install and use as i've pre-set it to do so.
