I recently spilled small amount of iced tea on my keyboard of Acer Gateway emachine. I quickly drained, then took the back of the laptop off checking for moisture. Put it all back together, but not even 1 key will work. I have plugged in a USB keyboard, but this is awkward. Is there a solution for this? Or, is it possible for me to find a replacement keyboard for Acer Gateway emachine, SNID 23301160872?

if you have already opened the cover of your keyboard check the pin connections, unplug them and try to dry. Then plug it back in and see if it works.

This may sound funny but if you seal the keyboard in a plastic bag with rice and take the air out, rice will suck out all the moisture in like a few hours. This worked for me many times. :)
