What is the make and model ?
What is your operating system ?
What is your antivirus ?
When did the problem start ? Did you add new software or hardware ?

Hi
I don't mean to alarm you but if the same thing would happen to me with a gaming computer I would panic.
I would like to know what the command prompt says, but since you can't tell me, my educated guess is that there is a hardware or OS malfunction.
If I were you, I would first try to reset to factory settings. We at CCM have faq on how to reset almost all computer brands to factory settings except Cyber Power.
You may contact Cyber Power here:
Tech Support 888-900-5180/877-876-4965 or 626-869-0228.
Email:techsupport@cyberpowerpc.com
Good luck

Thanks for your feedback.
I would appreciate some news as we would like to know if factory restore was successful. We could include Cyber Power in our How-to's.
