Deleted letters & messages with attached Adobe or Word Quotes

Hello,
My name is Larry. I was deleting trash mail yesterday from my Gmail file.
A memo popped up at top of screen indicating a large number of messages
asking if I wanted to delete. Thinking it was trash mail I clicked on delete
button. Emails in my file folders, which I had saved, with Word or Adobe attachments were deleted. HOW DO I Restore those important quote documents????
