No internet after factory reset

I have recently factory rest my Windows 7 Dell computer and now i have no internet. It's giving message no software installed. Did i completely take everything off my computer ? If so how can i get back the internet and also Microsoft Word as well.

You must reinstall Word.

Yes, you have erased all of your data, your computer is like the day you took it out of the box.
