Desktop shuts down by itself and doesn't work until hrs later

Hello,

Rig:
Asus vii hero motherboard
Intel i4790k
Asus strix 970
Corsair rm750
Gskillz ripjaws 8gb ddr3-1866x 2
Samsung ssd

My desktop was built by myself and in use for nearly 2 year and this issue only started 1 week ago, my desktop shut down suddenly and it tried to restart, all fans turns on but black screen and motherboard led shows 00, I off the desktop and it will only be on normally 2-3 hrs later.
This happens throughout the week, I tried resetting bios, cmos, flashing a new bios, reseating all my hardware but doesnt work, it shuts down randomly, sometimes work fine, sometimes only after using it for around 10 mins and couldnt be on after.
