Is anyone here a programmer or a software developer?

We have a CRM in place (Zoho) and we'd like to know if it's possible for us to link it with Shoretel. This way, calls that come in and out can be monitored using one system instead of looking into two systems.

Yes, that's correct. Will consider them in the future. I forgot to mention we only have a few agents working the phones so I'm not quite sure if such sophisticated technology would work for us.

If you've been to Tenfold's website, it says the pricing is based on per user or per agent. Cheers!
