Color not reading after refilling

 Blocked Profile -

my epson L220 printrer is not reading after changing color.. why is that so?
the status showing as :_ A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life.
Please contact Epson Support.

This is a physical problem, and we cannot assist with physical issues. Did you use a genuine Epson cartridge?
