LOST ACCOUNT, FORGOTTEN PASSWORD AND RECOVERY EMAIL

hello there.
I have forgotten the password to my Facebook account which I deactivated. Now I want to recover it but I can not remember the password. In the recovery options, the email id that Facebook is suggesting to send a code to is one I don't recognize. Is there any way to recover my account?
I would be so very grateful if anyone would be able to help.
