Not accessing account

Why does facebook still says "We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation."? It's already more than 3 moonths i have submitted the photo, id cards, etc. It doesn't reply, but always says the same.
