Need help to recover my old account

Hello Google I've been trying for awhile to get back in my old Google account ***@*** I use my recover email put in the code it asked everything. It say
cant verify that the email belongs to me I know the number that on the account I would try that but the problem is the number is not in service to get a text message from. Please help me I have every important photos emails messages everything that means a lot to me please and thank you
