Can't download Google Chrome

Hello,
My internet explorer not working.
While I open explorer and type to open Google page, it opens but the problem is that ...When I open Google ...I type Google Chrome setup ,,,it's not working ..
I can't download the browser ....And showing an error ..

It sounds like a network issue. Can you browse any webpage? Open up a CMD prompt, and type IPCONFIG /all. Post back with the information that is printed out as a result of the above command. It will help us determine if you have other issue besides not getting chrome!
