After reviewing the Forum I now realized that my account has been hacked. I setup a new account and tried to use the account to receive verification codes to verify my other account and realized it had to be linked to other acct in order for that to work I really need to open the acct please help

How were you able to determine that your account was hacked?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

I have not been able to access my acct someone changed my password and settings I have been receiving angry email from people I have never heard of. I had to create a new account in order to access the forum for help. I have tried everything to no avail.

I have already tried your solution several times. Is there any way of retrieving my files before I delete the acct.

You certainly have not tried because the method I described never refers to deleting the account. Read again.

I have tried the people,from Microsoft even tried I know it,doesn't refer to deleting acct but after trying everything advised in the forum it leaves me no other alternative

Hi

Microsoft has nothing to do with Gmail. They are not related. Anyway, if you do not have access to your account, you will not be able to delete it.

I am giving up the only solution for me is to delete the acct. I do want to personally thank you for your response and for all your assistance

You must be able gain access to your to delete the account.
