Hello,
Two months ago i turned off my HP correctly but when i turned it on again it said that activation period is expired and when i click on activation it asked me product key ( i don't that produt key) so i click on cancel( to see if i can find that product key) it shows me black screen i can't find it and i don't know how to activate my Computer again.
I need your help please.

Looks like your operating system was never registered, a product key is absolutely necessary without it there is nothing you can do.
