How to Compare two workbooks and see if data has moved or not?

Hello, I would like to preface this by saying thank you in advance.

I'm interning and one of my superiors has asked me to compare workbooks These workbooks are updated monthly and she wants to see the changes in them month over month. Not only that, she wants to know where what data values went where on the sheet Ex: "Need to know if location PNC00123 moved from line 234 in the August Sheet to Column 266 in the Sept sheet."

She wants to know if a cell was added, moved to another section, or dissappeared. I have no idea how to get this data for her. I've tried the spreadsheet compare offered by Mircosoft Office but that doesn't fulfill what sh's looking for. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know, I have to do this for 8 different workbooks. Thank you in advance.
