Smart watch password changed and forgotten Closed

Question

Hello,

My kid entered password in smart watch and forgot.
Please help to reset it.

The printed invoice is missing. The model is similar to DZ09.
I have the order details from Amazon:

We would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobile devices are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals. 

In this instance you cannot prove that the watch and the invoice belong to you.
