Display problem in my Dell M5110 laptop

Last few days i have faced some display problem on my laptop.when i switch on the laptop it will displays some black background with some white lines.

while i'm working on my laptop everything is workoing good but it display some blur white lines .

This probably indicates a hardware problem that must be diagnosed by a qualified PC Tech.
