Facebook account hacked

My facebook was hacked, then the hacker got the account disabled.

How can I get my account enabled so that I can then regain control over the account?

I have tried to verify my identity but that does not work because I have to know the email address associated with the account (which I don't because it was hacked and they changed the email address, phone number and people over the account).

Someone please help!
