Facebook account hacked

My facebook was hacked, then the hacker got the account disabled.

How can I get my account enabled so that I can then regain control over the account?

I have tried to verify my identity but that does not work because I have to know the email address associated with the account (which I don't because it was hacked and they changed the email address, phone number and people over the account).

Someone please help!

So you have explained all of this to Facebook right? There is nothing we can do, as we are CCM.net, and we have nothing to do with facepuke!
