Rewiring an av harness to an HDMI cable

I find that everytime I make some difficult electronic wiring breakthrough (personal standards only) I become more and more intrigued by cutting wires and rewiring certain components and having them actually work. I'm not by any means tech savvy. Just a stinker...I mean 'a tinker'. How could one go about rewiring an av harness to an HDMI cable to project my android onto my TV?

Helpful

AC and HDMI arent just as easy as REMAPPING wires. There is a protocol involved (working transmission), that the AV knows nothing about the protocol.
