Facebook account is getting reported every day

I have unique situation at hand wherein my facebook account have gone through reporting and recovering cases umpteen time. I think I have some stalker who is doing this and inspite of submitting proofs like passport ID, a photo holding passport and my office ID, I have been getting disabled from using my account.

I created another account and now that has been locked too. Strangely, this happens everytime I try to login using my FB app on my phone.

I am guessing my phone number is blacklisted by Facebook. I have not violated any security policy so far so why then every other day my account gets disabled and also then they return it.
