Remove fake Facebook account

Hello,

I m chhaya thakur , someone use my name and photo , this is an fake id , i really requested to u pls help me to remove dis fake account ..

Please follow the instructions:

1.Go to the profile (timeline)
2.Click the and then select Report/Block
3.Check the box next to Report this profile (timeline)
4.Click This person is pretending to be someone
5.Select Me from the drop-down menu
6.Click Continue
7.Add a description for why you're reporting the profile (timeline)
8.Check the box next to I confirm that this report is correct
9.Click Continue to submit your report

I tried this many times and my friends also reported the fake account but nothings happen. The fake account is still there posting my pictures and sending personal message with porn videos and sex explicit stuff. It's ruining my name.
