There is nothing we can do. Perhaps you should write down important passwords after securing them with a FREE product!
Have you contacted the makers of the free software, to see how much they charge to help? Oh, they don't even offer support? SO much for free?

So, have you contacted the software maker directly, or are you going to wait around here for help?
We cannot assist you, as there is no magic key for a request such as yours!
All we can do is encourage you, in the future, write down the passwords. If you are concerned with others finding your paper with the passwords on them, don't write down the accounts, or the usernames. Draw a funny picture and put the words in a stupid cartoon for all it is worth. No-one know it contains your passwords!
