Pc powers on but boots up rarely

Hello,


I press the power button on my pc and it just powers on and dosent boot up.But sometimes it does boot up and it works fine.i recently cleaned out the powersupply,fans, but i still get the same problem it takes about 2-5 mins for it too boot up but in them 2-5 mins the fans are running.

Help Needed

hi,
go to ythe BIOS setup and make sure that Cache 1 & 2 are enabled.
