Audio fails

PLZ who can help me !
I am really tried of solving an audio problem in my Acer Aspire 5738Z .

Ram 4 gb
Rom 250 gb
15.6 inch display
2.0 ghz
Initial Platinum Processor T4200
windows 7

Plz respond me as much as you can. i am in a very great trouble.
And in have tried every ways of solving.
Even i have downloaded many apps but doesnot supports ,so tell me how to download from which website for free and easy.
