Recover hacked and deleted e mail account please!

Hello,

My name is Kenny. So I locked my self then I think it got hacked and they deleted my account. Everything I used it linked to it. There is no way to reach out the yahoo for help to recover it. It hasn't been gone 12 months I know that for sure. Some one anyone pls help me.

Hi

After 12 months or more of inactivity, Yahoo mail accounts are deleted from the server, they no longer exist
